Greenbriar Hills Country Club is a private 18-hole golf course located in Kirkwood, Missouri. Originally opened in 1927, the layout was entirely south of the railroad tracks. Holes 1, 2, 16, 17, and 18 still occupy that original site.

In the 1960s, land was acquired from the club and homeowners to construct Interstate 270, necessitating replacement holes on the north side of the railroad line. This included the current holes 3 through 15, aside from 8, 9, 10 and 11 added later. Renowned golf architect Ron Prichard helped craft the redesigned routing.

Given the exceptionally hilly terrain, this challenging par 71 course measures 6,453 yards from the back tees and 5,237 yards from the forward tees. Accuracy and proper club selection are imperative on the undulating greens. The #1 handicap is the tough 408-yard, par-4 4th hole. By contrast, the shortest hole is the 131-yard, par-3 10th.

Through various renovations, Greenbriar Hills' routing has evolved over nine decades while retaining its historic character, landscape beauty and strategic design merits. It continues providing members a classic test of shot-making precision.
